Hadi is an AI-based chatbot that provides:

• The ability for users to submit and manage property listings

Hadi is intended for informational and facilitation purposes only and does not act as a licensed real estate broker unless explicitly stated.

2. User Eligibility

By using Hadi, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years old

• You are legally able to enter into agreements

• Any information you provide is accurate and truthful

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information when interacting with Hadi

• Ensure that any property you list is legally owned or authorized by you

• Not submit false, misleading, or fraudulent listings

• Use the service only for lawful purposes

We reserve the right to remove listings or restrict access if misuse is detected.

4. Property Listings

If you submit a property listing:

• You grant Hadi the right to display and share your listing details with potential buyers or renters

• You are responsible for the accuracy of all listing information

• Hadi does not guarantee inquiries, sales, or rental outcomes

• We may review, approve, or reject listings at our discretion

5. Identity Verification

To maintain trust and comply with regulations:

• We may request identity verification, including Emirates ID, when necessary

• Failure to provide required verification may result in restricted access or removal of listings

6. AI Limitations and Disclaimer

Hadi uses artificial intelligence to generate responses:

• Information provided may not always be complete, accurate, or up to date

• Recommendations are based on available data and should not be considered professional or legal advice

• Users should independently verify all property details before making decisions

7. Third-Party Platforms

Hadi operates through third-party platforms such as WhatsApp.

Your use of these platforms is also subject to their respective terms and policies.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Hadi is not responsible for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages resulting from your use of the service

• We are not liable for disputes between buyers, sellers, landlords, or tenants

9. Data Usage

Your use of Hadi is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how your data is collected and used.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to:
